The Berwickshire High School Observer (B.H.S. Observer) was founded in early 2007. Prior to that, the B.H.S. Babble had been the school's newspaper which was founded by Mrs J Gumbrell one year earlier. The decision to change the Babble to the more organised Observer was a very radical one. But with it followed a string of successes which reshaped the paper for ever.
The Editorial Team consists of: Phivos Sofokleous, Gary Kyle, Eleanor Wray, Connor Davidson, Cameron Home and Mrs J Gumbrell.
The Observer publishes three issues per year and these are: Christmas, Easter, Summer. This is due to lack of contributions, of which we need more!
