1) Contributing
The B.H.S. Observer is committed to publishing contributions. However, considerations have to be taken in publishing material which is viewed by a large audience.
Simply the terms and conditions are as published.
If these conditions are not met your contribution will not be published.
1. If the contribution is in any way threatening.
2. If it is libel (lying).
3. Contains material unsuitable for a school.
4. If it is in violation of any law.
5. If it is found or known to be plagiarism.
6. The Editors decision is final.
7. If facts are false or exaggerated we can not publish your contribution (The same as Step 2).
8. If it is considered to be offensive towards a person, company or organisation (Again, we are repeating ourselves).
In order to maintain the terms (as dictated above) the B.H.S. restricts access to where the paper edition is created on and the creation software for the website can be accessed only by the editorial team. `
It should also be made clear that these restrictions are only for security reasons.
2) Link Exchange
By adding your site you are implying your agreement to all the bellow terms.
1. All websites are subject to review and acceptance is not automatic.
2. Websites under construction will not be added.
3. The B.H.S. Observer reserves the right to remove unsuitable websites.
4. A link to the www.bhsobserveronline.co.uk must be visible on your website.
5. If information you supply is invalid your website link will be removed.
6.If your website is deemed to be congested with advertising from companies other than your own, will not be accepted.
7. Only one link per website is allowed.
8. You must have an active email address always.Please notify us of any changes
3) Email
The B.H.S. Observer email (bhsobserver@googlemail.com) can be used by anyone.

The B.H.S. Observer will never knowingly sell your email address to third parties.

The data collected from the forms on the website is sent to our email and archived.

After a correspondence it is possible that your address may be stored for use only by the paper.

Should you no longer want any correspondences with the paper, contact us and we will ensure that you never receive any further emails.
In the unlikely event that we receive threatening or offensive email we have mechanisms to block all incoming email from you. Hence, you will no longer be able to contact the paper by email.
4) Images
As The B.H.S. Observer and The B.H.S. Observer are a means of distributing news we store and publish images in both paper and electronic form.
Technically, the copy and distribution rights are held by the photographer and then subsequently the B.H.S. Observer. However, should you not wish your photograph to be used in any of our publications contact us and we will kindly remove it for you.
